Increase your profits with no added cost.

Complete your Pre-Repair Estimate and submit it via our website portal, or EMAIL the request.
We review and update your estimate to identify missed labour operations and lost sales opportunities, then notify you when it's ready for authority submission.
For Every £100 Labour Identified = £70 Retained by the Bodyshop.                                                     All uplift on Parts, P&M, or Other Sales, the profit is ALL yours.

The same process applies post-repair, averaging an extra £175 per estimate by following these steps.

Our Fee: 30% of the authorised labour uplift only

Q: How do you access, review, update, or generate a new estimate on Audatex?

Accepted Answer

You can either provide us with secure, dedicated login access to your Audatex account, ensuring control and traceability, or network your estimate to us for updates and return. For new estimates, we can create them on our Audatex, though we prefer to use your shell. Please refer to our menu pricing for estimate services.

Q: How do we know if our estimate is completed and sent?

Accepted Answer

We aim to complete your estimate check within 2 hours and your estimate request within 24 hours, targeting same-day completion due to urgency. 
Our booking system notifies you at each critical status change. Set up an email rule to direct all emails from us into a 'VDA Assist Estimates' folder. Using a dedicated email address helps keep everything traceable. 
We're committed to meeting your business needs.

Q: Will you chase authorities on estimates?

Accepted Answer

We chase authorities only if instructed by the repairer. Refer to the details you provided when submitting an estimate request to select the services you require.

Q: Who handles negotiations with engineers, or should we pass them back to you?

Accepted Answer

We can manage negotiations on estimates we have completed on your behalf, as it is part of our service. For pre- and post-repair checks, we are happy to assist if you require our help.

Q: We have BSI Kitemark – Are you suitably qualified?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we have experience in working to the standard and prepared to signed a subcontractor agreement if required, we are ATA accredited, Cyber Secure and GDPR trained.

A 10% tolerance buffer applies across a rolling two-month review period.

For locations more than 100 miles from our base, a daily travel and subsistence fee of £85 applies.

Our service is based on trust and respect, we aim to be a part of your team. However, if your company policy requires an agreement, this can be arranged.

For V-Assist Partners, we would prefer that you sign our contract, just to lock in those preferred rates and service
